Laboratory LOT System

Description:

The laboratory lot system is used for the interconnection of people, computers and things in the laboratory. Combined with related systems (ICS, QMS, etc.) and applications, it can achieve unmanned laboratories, laboratory management, and automatic data transmission. The data is quickly sent to the management system of furnace side and the relevant designated stations. The system is connected to the analysis instrument to automatically collect the analysis results, and the data is verified, processed, stored and supervised, and then distributed to each management station according to the production process requirements. In a fully automatic state, it takes only 1 second from data generation to display to designated station, which can effectively improve work efficiency, reduce data risk and reduce staff work intensity.
